How we verify
Every ✓ on this site means we did the thing ourselves and paid for it.

Real signups
We register from the country we’re testing, with real documents. If KYC blocks us, the card is marked “No” — even if the marketing page says otherwise.

Real transactions
We top up with our own money and spend it — in shops, online, via Apple Pay. FX fees are measured against the mid-market rate on the day.

Dated stamps
Every verified fee shows where and when: ✓ MV · 2026-07. Fees we haven’t tested are marked “stated” and come from the provider’s pricing page. Every page shows its last-checked date.

No pay-to-rank
Cards are ordered by whether they work in your country, then by verified cost. Some links are affiliate links — you pay the same price, and commission never changes a ranking or a number. Featured placements are paid and labeled. They never change a card’s data or ranking.
