Crypto.com Visa vs Coinbase Card

Same data as the table, side by side. = we paid it ourselves.

Two of the most-searched names in crypto cards — but for most people in 2026 the comparison is shorter than it looks. Coinbase Card is US-only and its new applications are paused, so we list it mainly as a “not currently available” data point rather than a card you can go get today.

The Crypto.com Visa is the one still actively onboarding, and its rewards run on CRO staking — the more of the exchange’s token you lock, the higher your cashback tier and perks. That model rewards commitment to the ecosystem and does little for people who just want a simple card.

If you are in the US and set on Coinbase, check whether applications have reopened before anything else. Otherwise the Crypto.com card is the reachable option — worth it if you will stake CRO, less so if you will not. Fee specifics are in the table, verified where we have paid them.
