RedotPay is a custodial Visa aimed at countries most card providers skip. The virtual card costs $10 once (stated), there is no monthly fee, and crypto top-ups are free — card top-ups cost 3%.
The FX fee is the open question: RedotPay’s help center says 1.2% on non-USD spend, while third-party reviews put it between 1.2% and 2.2%. We treat it as unconfirmed until our own transaction tests are done. This is the first card we are verifying ourselves, from the Maldives.
