Plutus is a UK/EEA Visa with a rewards pitch: 3–9% cashback paid in its PLU token. The catch is that the cashback only applies to a capped slice of spending (£250–£1,000 a month depending on plan), so reviewers put the effective rate closer to 0.75–1.5% (stated).
The 2.5% FX fee is high for a card aimed at people who travel, and the better tiers sit behind paid plans and staking. UK/EEA only — not an option for the markets this site focuses on. Not tested by us.
