Bitnob is an Africa-first virtual dollar Visa built for exactly the problem this site covers: paying international merchants from countries where local cards fail. It funds from Bitcoin (including Lightning) and USDT/USDC on Tron, BSC and Polygon.
Stated fees: $2 to create the card, no monthly fee, top-ups at $1 up to $100 or 1% above, and a 3% + $0.50 fee on non-USD transactions — that FX fee is the number to watch. None of it is verified by us yet.
